Tag Tracking Inc. values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of the users of the TAG Anti-Theft System (the “Product”) and if used the associated mobile application (the “App”) and associated services (together, the “Services”). In this Privacy Policy, “TAG”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Tag Tracking Inc.

To better protect your privacy, we provide this Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share and store your personal information (and the information of the authorized users of your vehicle), and how this personal information can be accessed and corrected when necessary.

TAG collects personal information about you when you register to become a user of our Products, Services and App, and when you otherwise transmit such information to us via the Internet (including partner websites) or by email. For instance, to maintain your account we collect and store in a database your name, nickname(s), addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, vehicle details, dealer name and insurance information.

Further, TAG will collect the following information in order to provide the Services to you:

  1. localization data based on your use of the Products;

b) Third Party Information Collected (Most of this section is applicable only when using the mobile application)

The App reports the identity and use of your vehicle based on the users of your vehicle you have pre-identified using the App.

You are responsible and liable for all activities of users of your vehicle, including all access to or use of the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, it is your responsibility to:

  1. inform other users of your vehicle that their access to and use of the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy; and

  2. ensure that other users of your vehicle comply with this Privacy Policy.

You hereby represent and warrant that you will communicate the terms of this Privacy Policy in advance to users of your vehicle, and that you shall ensure that they agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
